Training

Allie has always had an interest in the dog world. She attended Wamogo Regional High School specifically studying in their Animal Science Program. She went on to get her college degree in Psychology. Currently she works at an elementary school in their Reading Intervention Program. She specifically works with students from K through 5 who need extra support & help with their reading skills, sounding out letters/words and reading comprehension.

While Allie was growing up she was always surrounded by animals. Her family had multiple animals including a dog, multiple cats, a hamster and a pet rat. Currently she has an 8 year old tabby cat named Zip! Allie worked on a therapeutic horse farm along with working as a beekeeper & had chickens to take care of! She volunteered for Habitat for Humanity along with other organizations.

Allie joined our team in 2022. She provides support in multiple roles: daycare and kennel attendant as well as bathing dogs.

Cecilia is the proud owner of 3 wonderful dogs, an Australian shepherd (Scarlet), a chihuahua mix (Rose), and a Dachshund named (Maddie). Being an avid animal lover, she also owns a cat named Kitty, and a gerbil named Khloe. Cecilia spent most of her childhood being around animals and instantly found herself interested in learning everything about them.

In 2008, she took her love and passion for animals to the next level and began her career with animals by doing in home pet sitting. It was then, she had found her true love for all things “dog”.

After many years of working with animals of all sizes, she decided to focus on canines. She took a position at a dog lodging and daycare facility where she learned about pack interactions and began to train dogs.

In 2018, she brought her experience, knowledge and love for dogs to the Camp Canine Family. She is now our Daycare Manager.  She hopes to spread her knowledge and help make a difference in dogs' lives. We are glad she joined our team!

Cecilia has created bonds with our clients that will last a lifetime, and we couldn't be happier to have her as part of our team!

Cassie owns 3 dogs - Cosmo (elkhound x), Snoopy (dachshund) & Stella (golden). She also owns a betta fish named Merlot & a cat named Edgar.

Cassie has been working in the dog/animal world since 2015. She started off working at a dog daycare in Danbury eventually becoming a Shift Lead then a Daycare Supervisor.

She joined our team 2021. She is currently the Daycare Manager but also fills in for the Front and Kennel Managers when needed. Cassie runs the Intro to Playgroups Program on Monday nights. She has also taught our basic training classes as well as worked with dogs one on one in our daycare program.

Cassie helps out with animal rescues whenever she can and loves to do dog sitting & walking in her spare time. She has 2 college degrees and wants to continue her education in animal behaviors. She is currently focusing on her dog education as opportunities arise; most recently she attended the Dog Daycare & Boarding Expo in PA.

Cassie has created unbreakable bonds with our dogs as well as with our clients. She is a critical part of the Camp Canine team!

Chantelle is the proud owner of three rescues: Coco, Pebbles and Kaluha. She grew up around a wide variety of animals, from the basic house cat, to horses and livestock. After a few years of being around “ fur, feathers and those with four paws”, it wasn’t long before she began to investigate how she could be around animals more often, and wondered how she could make this into a life long career.

In 2014, Chantelle joined the Camp Canine family where she started with working with the dogs in the daycare. She continued to grow her abilities and knowledge whilst expanding her responsibilities there. She also took pride in private pet sitting, and even joined in Dock Dogs Diving events with her sister’s dog.

She began to train dogs in 2017. Her training experience includes classes as well as one on one private sessions. Training has brought her so much joy and her experience working as a Vet Technician Assistant and as our previous Daycare Manager has helped her further develop her training and behavioural skills.

Chantelle leaves a lasting impression with everyone she works with, and she captures the hearts and tail wags of every dog she meets. We couldn’t be happier that she is part of our team!
